Pretty satisfied, it was my second time renting a car so everything went smoothly.

Overall quite satisfied, although there were some minor issues. My English isn't good, which caused some misunderstandings during communication. Fortunately, QEEQ called to help me communicate with the store.

Efficient processing

I encountered the same young guy from Montenegro during pickup and drop-off. His service was excellent.

The airport branch staff work in container-like buildings equipped with air conditioning. Several rental car companies use similar temporary structures. They are arranged in a rectangle, thoughtfully leaving the central area open, ensuring customers are exposed to the sun and rain. Impressive! Note that the air conditioning in this Skoda model works exceptionally well.

Simple process

Pickup was very quick, existing scratches on the car were recorded, no unnecessary upselling. Car return inspection was straightforward, no intentional difficulties or unreasonable claims.

The service attitude was excellent. I paid an extra 45 euros to pick up the car in the city, and was upgraded to an MG SUV. The car was in great condition and I was satisfied with everything.

Couldn't find the parking lot from downtown using navigation. The car key was out of battery and had to be inserted manually to unlock.

When picking up the car, the staff clearly explained the process and let me decide. Their attitude was great. During the return, the service was excellent, and the process was completed in under 5 minutes. Overall, the car performed well and was in great condition.

I rented a car from this company twice, once at the downtown branch and once at the airport branch. The vehicles at the downtown branch were in better condition, while those at the airport branch were just average. The second day after picking up the car, the AdBlue warning light turned on, and I had to buy a bottle of AdBlue at a gas station to resolve the issue myself. The insurance Green Card I had booked in advance was also not provided during pickup. Without the Green Card, I had to purchase separate insurance to enter Macedonia, which cost 50 euros for three days. I wouldn’t recommend picking up a car at the airport branch.

The rental company staff were very friendly, had a great attitude, and explained the details clearly. The vehicle was a bit old, and the driver's seat couldn't recline backward or adjust forward, but luckily it didn't affect the driving experience.

The rental car did not include the vehicle registration, making it impossible to travel to visa-free neighboring countries. I only rented for one day, and they refused refunds, claiming scratches and intending to withhold the entire deposit. Completely unreasonable.

This is not the fault of the rental platform, it's entirely the foreign staff's issue. Despite booking in advance, they didn’t answer calls, and after three hours, I still didn’t receive the car. Dragging three suitcases around was exhausting. When I went to their airport store, I saw him playing on his phone with the window closed. Additionally, my package already included basic insurance, but he added glass and tire insurance without my consent and charged me 2,000 RMB. When I asked what it was for, he got upset. I told him I didn’t purchase that insurance. In summary, never rent a car from foreign staff. It’s much better to rent from local Chinese providers.
