Picking up the car was not very smooth, but everything else was fine. The car model was a bit old. My language skills are not great, but I was able to communicate with the staff. The first car they provided had a fault, and after some discussion, they replaced it. However, the replacement process took quite a long time. Although we scheduled to pick up the car at 11 AM, we didn't get it until almost 1 PM.

The store service was excellent, but I can't comment on the follow-up since I'm currently in the process of an accident claim. The car's license plate was stolen in Wollongong, and the door was reportedly damaged. I exchanged the car in Sydney with the help of QEEQ customer service, who also assisted with reporting the incident to the police. I want to specifically thank QEEQ's customer service for their prompt assistance. High praise for QEEQ!
