Pick-up Instructions

At your arrival at Madrid Train Staion please leave the terminal, Atocha station via C/ Méndez Álvaro exit. Cross the street and head up C/ Méndez Álvaro to number 8. There you will find your Drivalia Mobility Store.

Drop-off Instructions

Vehicles have to be returned at our Drivalia Mobility Store Parking located in C/ Pedro Unanue, 11 (garage).

Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.

EU/EEA Driving License

EU/EEA driving licenses are valid for car rental across the EU/EEA, as well as in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Young driver will be charged EUR6.80/day(EUR102 capped) if the rental days are more than 3 days, otherwise will be charged EUR27.20 per rental.
