Picking Up Between 8:00am - 5:30pm: Visit our Auckland City branch during business hours, and your car will be ready for you. Please have your license available for verification before receiving your rental car. Drop-off Instructions

Dropping Off Between 8:00am - 5:30pm: Returning your rental car at our Auckland City branch is straightforward. Please remember the following: 1. Fuel the vehicle to the same level as when picked up to avoid a refueling charge ($25). The nearest gas station is the Z station on Beach Road, just 2 minutes away. 2. Ensure the vehicle is clean and tidy; while it doesn't need to be fully groomed, a general clean will help avoid additional charges. Once you've checked these items, simply hand the keys to our branch staff for a quick final handover process.
