Allowed:

Taking rental cars to the countries that are not listed in Not allowed is allowed with charge of EUR 48 per rental.
Cross Border rentals are allowed within all European countries. Prior written authorization at least 7 working days is required. The fee for the Green Card cover is an additional 40.00 EUR (VAT included) per rental for all car groups. No road assistance or vehicle replacement is provided outside Albania. In case of unauthorized cross-border travel and an accident, the customer will be fully liable for all vehicle damages.
