Your Booking will be serviced by Green Motion Newcastle Airport. Newcastle Airport is located at Unit 6, Browns Park, Brunswick Industrial Estate, NE13 7GD. Upon arrival at the airport, please call the branch at 0191 250 5600 to request your pickup. Once confirmed, follow the signs to Short Stay 2 Parking, where a representative will meet you. The shuttle bus will arrive within 15 minutes. Please note: The shuttle service is only available to customers arriving at the airport with a valid plane ticket on the same day as the scheduled rental start date.

Whilst the car was as expected and the counter staff were polite, we were forced due to Green Motion not being able to process our credit card for pre authorisation to purchase insurance that was more than the cost of the rental. We witnessed another customer suffer the same fate, which made us think it was a bit of a scam. Will not use Green Motion again.

The worst service ever! Had to wait approx. half an hour at the counter with a little baby despite of having only one person in front. Overcharged for a minor damage to a wheel I do not remember making. It took another half an hour to return the car, despite of being the only customer.
