Pick-up Instructions

How to find the office Walking from Atocha Train Station: Leave the train station through the floor 'Street level', in the old station, opposite the tropical interior garden (left door among the coffee shops). Cross the taxi stop and the pedestrian crossing which crosses the street Mendez Alvaro, under the bridge, continue straight on until arriving to the intersection of Rafael Riego Street with Tortosa Street. Our Goldcar Office is located on the corner under the Hostel Mediodia.

Drop-off Instructions

How to drop off the vehicle: When entering the car park, press the button to lift the barrier, get a ticket and the barrier will open. Park the vehicle in the central courtyard of the car park (without parking the car in any specific parking space). Our staff will collect the keys and check out the car. There is no key box as the car park opens 24 h and customers may return the car at any time.
