Picking up and dropping off the car were very convenient. Since it was a one-way rental, the fees were quite high. The return was at a relatively remote airport. We parked the car in the parking lot, and the staff automatically came to us. The service was good.

When it was our turn, it took nearly an hour to process our information. Doesn't the system synchronize information? They also tried to upsell us on full insurance. The service was acceptable. They may ask you to add insurance, but it's okay if you don't. However, I don't understand why the store was closed when I returned the car. On that day, the Budget store had no staff, so I returned the car at the Avis return point next door. They said it's the same company, so I was able to return the car there. The return process was quick; they checked that the fuel tank was full, started the car to make sure everything was fine, and that was it. No additional charges.
