Once you arrive at the passenger exit area, head toward the glass door directly ahead to step outside. Walk a few steps forward—you will see Helados Bon right in front of you—where our staff will be waiting, identifiable by their t-shirts and a sign. After meeting our team, we will assist you with your luggage and board the transport vehicle to head to our office (located three minutes from the airport) to finalize the reservation and vehicle handover.
