Upon arrival at Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport, once you've collected your luggage, please proceed to the elevator area and go up to the 4th floor. Walk down the "Chile Viaje Infinito" hallway and take the elevator down to the 1st floor again. Upon exiting, head to the Patahua parking lot, section A10, where our representative will be waiting for you. To pick up the car, please call our local office directly at: +56 2232 0900. Out of Hours (OOH) Fee: Please note that pickups scheduled outside our standard operational hours incur an additional fee of $20 USD, applicable during the following times: Morning OOH (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM): $20 USD Evening OOH (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM / 18:00 – 23:00): $20 USD Important Note: Tolls are NOT included in the rental rate. Security Deposit: For the Third Party Liability (TPL) + Free Km product, a security deposit is required to cover potential damages, insurance deductibles, and extra charges. This hold will be placed on a valid credit card under the primary driver's name upon pickup: Economy Vehicles: $2,500 USD Mid-size Vehicles: $2,500 USD SUVs: $3,000 USD

20 - 80 years old

Young Driver Fee applies at 20 - 21 years old with charge of USD 30 per day approximately.

Senior Driver Fee applies at 76 - 80 years old with charge of USD 30 per day approximately.

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

• For foreign renters, you need to bring:

  Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

  Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.

  Original Driver's License in Latin/Roman Alphabet

  Original Driver's Licenses printed in Latin/Roman alphabet (such as English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, etc.) are acceptable for car rental without the need for an International Driving Permit (IDP). Driver's licenses printed in a non-Roman alphabet (such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.
