Complimentary Vehicle Delivery to the Station Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions to add us via WhatsApp, LINE, or WeChat, along with the necessary service information. As this is a station delivery service, please make sure to add our communication account after receiving the confirmation email. Our staff will arrange to deliver the vehicle to the designated station in advance according to your confirmed reservation time. Please contact us through the provided communication platform before your arrival so we can coordinate the vehicle handover smoothly. Please arrive on time according to your confirmed reservation schedule. If you expect any delays, please inform us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements. If you are delayed by more than 30 minutes during our regular business hours (09:00–20:00), an additional charge of 2,000 JPY per hour will apply. For delays outside of regular business hours, an additional fee of 5,000 JPY per hour will apply. Please note that vehicle delivery or return services requested outside of our regular business hours may incur additional charges. Any applicable fees and detailed pricing information will be provided after the communication group has been created. For detailed instructions regarding the vehicle delivery and return procedures, please refer to the confirmation email sent after your reservation is confirmed.

It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
