Upon arriving at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), please complete immigration formalities, collect your luggage, and proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Our staff will be waiting for you near Exit S1 in the Arrival Lobby. Please look for our staff holding a sign with your name and the ACE Rent A Car logo. Our representative will escort you to the shuttle. As our rental office is located off-airport, we provide a complimentary shuttle service to our facility, approximately 7 minutes from the airport. If you are unable to locate our representative after exiting the arrivals area, please contact our team via WhatsApp at +94 76 820 0099. We will coordinate your transfer and assist with the pickup process.
