Taiwan Driving License + Japanese Translation
When picking up a car with the original driver's license from Taiwan region, Switzerland, France, Germany, Belgium or Monaco, a Japanese translation is required. The Japanese translation must be issued by the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF), a Japanese embassy or consulate-general abroad; for users with a Taiwan driver's license, the Japanese translation can also be issued by local motor vehicle supervision offices in Taiwan.
Hong Kong Driving Licence + IDP ( issued under the 1949 Convention)
It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
