Pick-up Instructions

The Apex - Napier Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to Apex - Napier Airport car rental when you arrived.

1.After collecting your luggage, please do the following: a.Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR b.Phone our office toll free on 0800 939 597 (or +64 6 882 5892) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up. 2.Exit Baggage Claim End of Terminal and make your way to the Pick Up location. 3.Left hand corner of the Public cars park. 4.When the van arrives, our driver will load your luggage into the back of the van. 5.Please tell the driver your name and show them your confirmation (if required). Our location is one minutes' drive from the airport terminal.

Drop-off Instructions

1. Vehicle needs to be returned to the Rental Returns Car Park in one of the two spaces. 2. Keys need to be returned to the Key Drop Off box, next to the rental counters.

    The car didn't have a full fuel tank - 7/8 instead. I filled the car back up to beyond 7/8 but was still charged $27 for fuel and $20 for service charge. It was the second time the car I'd booked wasn't avaiable and I felt I was given a lesser/older car which was dissapointing.
