Pick-up Instructions

The DRIVALIA - Birmingham Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

Arriving from air: Arriving through the Airport – Please call 0121 2220599 when you have collected your luggage to arrange pick up from the NCP customer service booth. Non-Airport Collection: Please collect from our office located at, Unit 37 Elmdon Trading Estate, Marston Green, Birmingham B37 7HE. Arriving on train: Birmingham Airport is directly connected to Birmingham International Station by a free ‘Air-Rail Link’ system. The air-rail link takes two minutes to get to the station. Arriving on bus: Transfer buses to and from Birmingham airport run regularly throughout the day. The pick-up point is the ‘drop and go’ car park situated opposite the terminal building. Dropping off your car: Our local branch is only a five-minute drive from Birmingham Airport. The nearby M42 motorway provides easy access to the M40, the M6, and the M1.

EU/EEA Driving License

EU/EEA driving licenses are valid for car rental across the EU/EEA, as well as in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

International renters must present a proof of inbound travel, a proof of return, two proofs of address (dated within three months and electronic copies are acceptable), and a DVLA check code or a copy of the driving license (if applicable) when picking up

For local renters, you need to bring:

To avoid delay, please contact us in advance to allow us time to supply the required VE103b document. Rentals are restricted to 100 miles per day excess mileage £0.50 for the course of the rental when going outside of the UK for part of the rental, £40.00 per day green card surcharge applies with a one off £200+VAT fee and drivers need to arrange and produce at point of hire a 5-star euro breakdown cover.
