Shuttle bus did not arrive for over 45 minutes. Could not telephone office as their phone line did not work. Had to then walk 15 minutes in sweltering heat to the pick up location in what seemed like quite a dangerous and filthy environment. Pick up took over half an hour as only one member of staff processing bookings. Car was clean but not full of petrol despite check out note suggesting it was - which led to a further delay. Overall it took over 2 hours to drive away. Next time I would definitely pay more and order a car at the airport terminal.

The service was excellent. They provided a handbook to handle various situations, and email responses were very prompt. Shuttle service to the airport was arranged when returning the car. The vehicle condition was great, overall a perfect experience!

It's fine overall, but when returning the car, there was a very small paint chip on the door. They claimed it was caused by me, but I said it wasn't! They asked if I had taken photos when picking up the car. I said I focused on major areas and didn't even look at such a small spot! I still don't know if there will be any compensation required.
