Pick-up Instructions

To collect vehicles, Please enter the Q-Park building on Waterloo Street, take the lift to level 5 where you will be greeted by staff wearing Avis Budget uniform.

Drop-off Instructions

To return vehicles, please enter the Q-Park building on Waterloo Street and proceed up the ramp to level 5. They park in one of the Avis Budget spaces and return the keys to a member of staff wearing Avis Budget uniform, or out of hours using the Key Drop Box, located on the ground floor. This location is open between 07:00 – 18:00 and the Key Drop Box is available outside of these hours.

Republic of Ireland provided a Continental Cover package must be purchased before the pick-up date. To purchase Continental Cover, please email Avisbudget.ukoperations@abg.com. The total price depends on the number of days the vehicle will be in the Republic of Ireland with a reference rate of £30 per day.

Not allowed:

Taking rental cars to the countries that are not listed in Conditional is not allowed.
Cross-border insurance (Continental Cover) has been temporarily suspended, so cross-border travel is not possible. However, cross-border policies and prices may be changed without notice. Please inform the store of your cross-border travel plan when picking up the car. Please refer to the store for all regulations.
