Drop-off Instructions

Please go to the Tenerife Airport South TFS branch (Tenerife - Airport South). There are three entrances to the parking lot; the third one is the car rental entrance. Park in any available space in the TOP CAR parking area, lock the vehicle, and take the key to the pickup counter. There is a small black box next to the screen at the counter; please drop the key into the key box. As this is a self-service return, please make sure to return the car with a full tank. Also keep photo/video proof of the vehicle return and key drop-off, with time and location watermarks, as well as the receipt from your final refueling, to avoid any future disputes.
