THEY WERE OKAY. IT TOOK SOME TIME TO RECIEVE THE CAR AND IT WAS NOT THE CAR WE EXPECTED AND WASN'T AUTOMATIC WICH WAS A DISADVANTAGE.

Traditional paper procedures, but the queue wasn’t long, so it was relatively quick. The vehicle was in good condition, and a big company feels reliable.

They promoted insurance, but since we didn't drive much, we decided not to buy it.

Some phone calls couldn't get through, but close to the pickup time, someone will contact you by phone.

The car pickup process was indeed quick, and surprisingly, there was no attempt to sell insurance.

The staff were very nice and welcoming, but their phone lines were unreachable. The car broke down in the middle of the grassland, and it was impossible to contact the car rental company or roadside assistance. We were only able to get out of the situation thanks to the help of kind locals.

Very satisfied, picking up and returning the car was especially convenient, and they offer paid in-car Wi-Fi service, which is fantastic. The car's condition was excellent!

Unexpected charges at the time of the booking it was clearly mentioned that collision waiver is included. When I picked the car I was sold additional car insurance for €175 which was more than the actual rental amount of the car for four days. I was told I wouldn’t be given any vehicle unless I paid for the additional insurance for excess on the car. This was certainly not mentioned in the booking documents and process. I contacted QEEQ but no satisfactory reply was given to me.

I was asked to buy full insurance at price of 350 Euro on top of basic 90 Euro. No negotiation. No other choice.

My first car rental, was much smoother than I expected

The first interaction with the staff at Green Motion was really bad, the wait time was too long. But they try to do the best to help and fix the issues we've got on the renting process. For next time I think I prefer to pay a bit more and rent from someone else. Sorry Green Motion.

Everything went smoothly, no insurance upsell or extra fees.

Overall, I am quite satisfied. They provided an alternative BMW model.

Rented from AVIS. The car was in good condition, with 40,000 km and 98 octane fuel. It had features like lane correction and automatic locking when the driver leaves.

He gave us a dif model car Drivers window wouldn’t open Had to get out of the car at every ticket booth Very disappointing

I needed to pay for 2h of parking at the airport when I've picked up the car or I would not exit, this was strange. Some weird operations with blocking the funds - the blockage was cancelled during the trip and then thay have added one additional transation for 0.01$ upon return - so no cost for me, but just a weird feeling.

Overall service was okay.

Car was very terrible, old and damaged also some parts inside has broken. I have never seen something like that, and even tough i have purchased super insurance package from QEED they did not recognized this insurance and charged my credit card as 1200 € in case of any damage and told me they will refund it if i deliver car back without any damage. I did it, i have bring the car without any problem and they said they refunded this amount to my credit card back but today is the 3 rd day and still the 1200€ has not refunded and when i call them they tell me now may it takes 10/15 days!!!! Unbelievable and they never told me this while checking and even i did not understand why i need to charge this amount while i buyed the super insurance package from the rental platform (QEED)!!! Still i am waiting and i am nervous about it. I guess i will never use it this company again

Easy process although a little confused with the rental guy trying to get us to purchase further insurance .
