We arrived at the EuropeCar parking garage, but there was no one there. Staff from another company helped us contact them; they received the message but ignored it. When we finally found their office, there was only one staff member. Their attitude was okay.

We booked also a baby seat for a 6month old baby; however the seat was dirty, worn and barely suitable for a 6month old kid, it was more for a todler seat. Europecar staff at Oulu airport are absolutely fabulous, and helpful!

Horrible. It was agreed at QEEQ a deposit of 1017€ and they charged 1500€. More they even didn’t care about the info that I have sent regarding the info and threatened me that If I didn’t pay they will not handle the car keys. Then charged me 75€ of arriving late knowing that it was my plane delayed. The worst of all was that they said that they need to charge the delayed fee because the office was closed but when delivering the car , it was on opening hours and the office was also closed and none to take care of the returning of the deposit. They kidnapped the deposit amount for 5 working days because they said that they need to see if there is speeding tickets or whatever. Very poor service.

The staff at the store explained the rental process very clearly and was very helpful. He even recommended local restaurants to us. The car wheels were equipped with anti-slip tires.

It's okay because the train station was quite crowded, and I had to wait in line for a while.

The deposit blocked at my credit car was higher than declared in booking.
