There was a long queue, and many people were waiting. Be sure not to set the pickup time too early when booking; if you're late, there's a high chance you might not get a car.

Rented the cheapest option and got an Audi A3 with over 10,000 kilometers on it. It was fuel-efficient and easy to drive. All damages were clearly marked during pickup, and during drop-off, they didn't even check. However, European roads and parking spaces are narrow, unlike in the US. I'm glad I rented a small car! What I regret, though, is not buying full insurance. I spent several days worried because you can trust your own driving skills, but you can't rely on other drivers. The narrow spaces in Europe make scratches and collisions very likely.

Left at pick up point for over 35 minutes after being informed by driver initially that he wasn’t working for Green Motion, He then drove further up road and collected someone else after I’d requested my transfer It was only when I rang office number that someone spoke to driver who then agreed he was working for Green Motion he then proceeded to transfer his occupants and then return to collect us, some 25 minutes later, He refused to assist in the loading and unloading of our cases in the mini bus, totally ignorant individual indeed

Like: Great upgrade at no extra cost with no selling techniques easy. Easy straight forward pickup and drop off. Only downside was 2 drop off locations at arlanda airport Sweden perhaps a drop off post code clearly displayed in the car would help
Dislike: Everything was great good value easy pickup and drop off with no hassle
