The car rental company provided very warm and friendly service. First-time rentals with Movida require an online evaluation, so it's advised to allow extra time for vehicle pickup.

The staff were quite friendly. They required translation software as they generally spoke Portuguese, not English. It's a large, professional, and safe company. The shuttle bus was very convenient, and there is a counter on the first floor of T3. The car condition was decent, but the wait time in line was long.

They should make available international phone # in case the customer wants to talk to them. I had to rely on friends or family in Brazil to communicate with them

Carro dentro das expectativas, ficaram tentando meio que “forçar” contratação de seguro, embora não tenhamos contratado. No mais tudo certo. A Localiza é muito eficiente na prestação dos serviços que se propõe a prestar. Gosto muito e tenho muita confiança no serviço deles.

They provide a good service but include an overpriced and barely illegal surcharge on every item without a clear notice. Caution and awareness on the contract details are needed.

We waited for almost 2 hours at the airport with the promise they were coming to collect us. It took 5+ rings to get through on the phone and they were always ‘15 minutes away’. Yet they said the car pick up was only 10 mins away. We wasted a lot of time and then ended up renting with Hertz who were at the airport and were very helpful.

The airport shuttle was just acceptable, but the fact that they could speak some English was already quite good for Brazil.

It took me around 30 minutes to find the way to Unidas. Because I don't see Unidas count in the airport. Staff are friendly, pick-up took quite a long time for foreign passport holder, it took me around 25 minutes for the whole process. If you don't speak Portuguese, it could take more time than you thought. Car is clean, but not the model that I expected, fine. To reture the car is fast, it takes around 10 minues that I can go.

Segunda vez que contrata os serviços da QeeQ, dessa última vez, encontrei um preço mais competitivo na Kaiak, porém eles pedem o pagamento antecipado. Esse foi o principal motivo de fechar com vocês

Me ofrecieron un auto de menor tamaño y cilindrada respecto al que pedí porque justo se iba el último. En vez de ofrecerme uno mejor por el mismo precio me lo cobraron y lo tuve que tomar porque no me cambian las maletas si no.

The car was exactly what I booked, in good shape and very clean. I had no problem whatsoever with the rental. It might be tricky to know that you can either walk or take a shuttle to the location - however honestly the walk is very short and in many other airports a shuttle would not even be provided with such small distance.

Te obligan porque si quieres usar el seguro de la tarjeta de crédito debes dejar un deposito de 2500 usd en tu tarjeta. Casi imposible!. Pero si tomas el seguro el deposito queda en 250 usd. Una trampa legal. Lo considero ABUSIVO
