I rented a Renault Clio, which performed superbly on hilly roads. It really gave me a taste of the French whirlwind driving style – fuel-efficient and powerful.
The Hertz staff were great. I left my phone in the car, and they drove back to the airport to return it, which was very touching. However, after returning, I found another charge on my card for an additional driver, which I had already paid in cash on site. I contacted the QEEQ staff, who promised to follow up, but I haven't heard back. While abroad, I tried to get in touch with the rental company through QEEQ but couldn't get through either by internet call or international call. This was extremely frustrating! If you're going to offer a service phone line, it should at least work. Are these international service lines and internet calls just for show?
