It was quite convenient, but I was disappointed when they discovered scratches on the wheel rim during return and charged me over 2000.

Like: The staff were friendly and genuinely caring.
Dislike: My original car broke down because of a problem with the battery. I did not get home until 4am. The replacement car was smaller than my original but they did not charge me for petrol refill when the car was replaced, and there was no problem replacing the car.
